2. Long Time Parking Fee Will Be Applied after 30 Days from the Auction Date. (from the 15th September Auction).

Refer to the calendar above. The Long Time Parking Fee - $10(USD) per day, per vehicle - will be charged after the 30 days from the auction if you do not take and ship the vehicles until that time. If the Parking Fee is not paid, No shipping will be proceeded. Please note that, if there is any problem, worn-out or repair costs incurred due to the long time parking, the Buyer should have to solve it at his/her own cost. However, if the shipping delay was not caused by the Buyer, the Long Time Parking Fee will not be charged.
3. Cancellation Penalty will be applied in each of the cases below. (from the 15th September Auction).
The Cancellation penalty will be applied in each of the cases below. It can be charged or deducted from your deposit. In case of no remaining(“0”) balance in the deposit, your Premium Membership can be revoked and you cannot participate in the auction anymore.
- Cancellation of Winning bid : $150(USD)
- Cancellation of Confirmed Order within 30 days after the auction : $400(USD)
- Cancellation of Confirmed Order between 31 days and 60 days after the auction : $800(USD)
- Cancellation of Confirmed Order over 61 days after the auction : Full amount you have sent to Auctionwini. Premium Membership will be revoked.
